PALACE ŽOFÍN
On Slavonic Island was built in the 1 century in Neo-Renaissance style. It acquired its present appearance in 1886, and was restored in 1992-1994. A traditional place where important social and cultural events are held. It provides an exclusive environment for concerts, balls, congresses, gala receptions and business events, and offers exquisite services. The building has 3 floors with 4 halls, restaurant, café, 2 open-air terraces, music arbour and a garden restaurant. Žofín has its own car-park for 40 cars, all halls are air-conditioned. All halls are reachable for disabled persons.
Large Room – even the most exacting clients will be surprised by its historical beauty. The adjoining terrace affords a fine view of the Vltava river and the greenery of Slavonic Island.
Small Room – With its 19 century atmosphere, the Small Room on the ground-floor provides dignified surroundings for all kinds of social events.
Vestibule – adjoining the Large Room connects it with the Large Terrace, with which it can be used separately.
The Lord Mayor’s Parlour – provides an attractive environment for social events, smaller receptions and business negotiations. The Parlour may be connected with the Large room.
Knight’s Room – a completely different atmosphere reigns in the vaulted Kni Room, where visitors will find it pleasant to sit and talk, or to dance to the tunes of period music.

THE NATIONAL HOUSE OF VINOHRADY
The Neorenaissance building on Námestí Míru is work of architect A.Turek. The National House was opened in 1894 and it became the seat of many associations and corporations. The first reconstruction lasted till 1959. These days, the building is after a big interior reconstruction and reconstruction of the building facade has been finished in 1999.
The halls and saloons of The National House of Vinohrady are suitable for arranging of congresses, seminars and work meetings, customer meetings, sales and contacting exhibitions, performances and concerts, balls and company parties, banquets and other social and cultural activities.
Majakowski Hall (454 m) – is the most representative space of The National House. The decoration contains also 18 busts of significant Czech personalities.
Rais Hall (206 m) – is the classic example of neo-renaissance interier.
Social HaIl (191 m) – former winter garden with glazed ceiling. There are small heads in Art-Nouveau style besides other decoration.
